Southcreek

at Myrtle Beach National

Known as the “fitness” course of the trio at Myrtle Beach National, Arnold Palmer’s Southcreek course provides golfers with one of the most memorable golfing experiences available. With a course rating of 70.5 and a slope of 123, the numerous waste areas and well-manicured and protected bentgrass greens are one for the record books. Winding through beautiful coastal wetlands and forests, Palmer designed one of the most unique courses on the Grand Strand.

The greens at the Southcreek course are the smallest out of the three courses housed within Myrtle Beach National. The fairways here are generally flat but the few mounded areas are a true test of skill. Look out for the looming trees which may stand in your way. Southcreek is simply the sweetest icing on a cake when it comes to golfing perfection.
